At Vergara Miller Law Firm, we are a young, growing, woman-owned, exciting immigration and family law firm. We provide personalized legal guidance to our clients on how to best move cases forward to reach our clients’ immigration objectives. We are seeking an energetic and people-oriented person with a can-do attitude to join our team and provide support to our Cottonwood Heights office. This is an excellent opportunity with a dynamic growing law firm for a career-focused professional who is driven and passionate about their success.

Regular Schedule:
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Monday- Friday
In-Office position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Source, screen, recruit and hire law firm, legal office positions such as: Translators, Legal executives, sales reps, legal forms preparers, paralegals, attorneys, and much more.
• Be able to follow instructions and have initiative for recruitment goals
• Must have people skills and high volume experience
• Expected to be well-organized, detail-oriented, and motivated, as well as capable of working with not much supervision.
• Answer calls & text messages
• Must be presentable
• Willing to be open minded to learn new skills
• Operates with a strong sense of urgency

•Present candidates and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers
•Build a network and pipeline of law professionals that match our culture and need in each market we are in
•Provide up-to-date recruiting status activity on a regular basis
•Provide responsive follow up and follow through to candidates

Requirements Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (Spanish-English)
• A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Dropbox, Indeed and other systems
• Must be presentable and outgoing for work events to promote jobs
• Must be able to be work in fast paced and bring new ideas
• Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
