You're an experienced recruiter who knows how to assess talent, understand candidate motivations and facilitate an amazing interview process. You have exceptional people skills and know exactly how to uncover a company's competitive edge and pitch that to candidates. You’re extremely diligent and organized- a perfectionist in your craft.

Armed with the latest and greatest tools, incredible Glassdoor reviews and Best Places to Work Awards, you will work closely with our VP of People and Recruiting to find our most valuable asset- our people.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience
• Expertise in sourcing candidates and coaching sourcers to reach out to candidates
• ATS hacker and systems savvy
• The ability to "pitch" candidates
• Experience facilitating interview process that leave hiring managers and candidates raving

Expectations

• Lead weekly recruiting meetings with stakeholders that demonstrate quantifiable progress in filling roles
• Conduct 3-5 interviews each day
• Strategically source 50-100+ candidates per week achieving a 10%+ response rate
• Utilize the many resources at your disposal- job ads, sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter- build a pipeline of amazing talent

• The salary range for this role is 100k-130K
