Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Receptionist.
Location: East Layton, Utah
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:40am-5pm
Expectation for Success:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish immediate rapport with patients, physicians and staff
- Demonstrate confidence in handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism during a variety of situations
- Be willing to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the clinic
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a warm, friendly, and prompt manner.
- Gather patient and insurance information efficiently and accurately.
- Collect co-pay amounts from the patient at the time of service.
- Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide information to the appropriate source.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality
