Liberty Healthcare is establishing a new statewide program in Maryland which will provide strategies that enhance the quality of life and help to ensure the health and wellbeing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

To support this initiative, Liberty is now hiring for several full time ‘Quality Reviewer’ positions.

These are field-based positions which require regular travel to provider locations throughout the region.

As a Quality Reviewer with Liberty Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

• Onsite meetings with residential, day service and CCS providers

• Conducting provider reviews to determine alignment with person-centered principles

• Partnering with people in service to conduct National Core Indicator Surveys

• Data entry and writing summaries

• Participating in various quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborating with other Quality Reviewers, Advocates and various stakeholders

You can expect a salary of $55,000, thirty days of paid time off annually, reimbursement for approved work-related mileage, benefits and other perks.

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

At least four years of experience supporting the needs of people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities

Knowledge of person-centered practices

Bachelor’s degree

Outstanding verbal and communication skills

Consultative approach and ability to achieve rapport with a wide array of individuals

Willingness to travel extensively throughout Cecil, Kent, St. Anne's, Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, Wicomico, Somerset and Worcester Counties.
