Clay County Medical Center is seeking a Quality Improvement/Risk Management Coordinator to work full-time, 30 hours per week in-house, no remote option. Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, no weekends. Competitive wage and benefit package including retirement, health, PTO, life insurance, wellness membership, etc.Prefer 3 to 5 years of direct care and hospital clinical experience with a an associate's degree. Applicant will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and have the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. Applicant will be responsible for coordinating and running meetings, as well as presenting to various entities in the QI/RM role such as the Medical Staff and Board of Trustees.
