We are looking for a QA Analyst who will be responsible for providing support, maintenance and training on electronic quality management system. You will also Participate in validation activities of dashboards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support, maintenance and training on client's electronic quality management system (eQMS) Execute computer systems validation activities, such as authoring and review of validation deliverables, execution and review of operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) activities Design, develop, and validate metrics reports of quality data using analytic BI tools such as Spotfire Perform quality control (QC) of data used in quality metrics reports distributed internally and externally Manage the allocation of licenses for the EDA system.
• Provide subject-matter expertise related to the eQMS system, including enhancements and troubleshooting of EDA.
• Assist with production and resolution of monthly TrackWise administrative reports.
• Assist in the creation/updating of training documentation and/or courses for quality intelligence dashboards, TrackWise, and related topics.
• Assist in management of electronic content repository folders/permissions.
• Serve as the internal website publisher, maintain the team s web pages and other QA areas as required.
• Perform corrections of data Respond to data requests during customer audits or regulatory inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Highly organized excellent written and verbal diplomatic communication skills.
• Handles multiple tasks well Extreme attention to detail Focus and understanding of the importance of quality and adherence to procedures.
• Highly customer-focused Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Support of an electronic quality management system (eQMS), such as Sparta TrackWise.
• Experience with computer system validation deliverables is a plus.
• Experience authoring, executing and/or reviewing test cases for a regulated, computerized system plus Experience with TIBCO Spotfire or other BI tool highly desired.
• Experience with Crystal Reports development is highly desired.
• Training and/or end-user documentation creation and delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Delivery of metric data and reports utilizing a Business Intelligence (BI) tool (Spotfire preferred)
