Quality Building Maintenance is a growing company leading the way to a better janitorial experience. We currently have an opening for THREE (3) Quality Assurance Managers (QAM) to work approximately 30 hours/month (5-10 hrs/week), mainly in the evenings. Paid at $15/hr, this position is responsible for training new employees on janitorial/cleaning procedures at our various commercial locations, managing teams of cleaning personnel, serving as a liaison between our clients and cleaning staff, collaborating with the Senior Manager, and ensuring that the Quality Building Maintenance standards are being maintained. Must be available and approachable to provide direction to current employees, as well as maintain open communication with our clients. Travel around Cache Valley and Brigham City is required and reliable transportation is a must. The evening hours will vary each week and the ideal candidate will have flexibility in their evening availability. Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
Train new employees, submit reports to management, manage supplies/equipment and property binders at various work-sites, travel to various work-sites in Logan to ensure proper cleaning routines are being implemented and provide direction or additional training when needed. Maintain open line of communication with clients. Use independent judgment to quickly and efficiently resolve concerns or issues of employees or clients. Collaborate with management.

• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Must be able to physically perform all functions of the job and lift 30 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be professional and friendly

• Must be able to commit to at least 6 months
