Summary and Experience:
HME Specialists, a provider of home medical equipment and services is accepting resumes for a Purchasing Assistant in Albuquerque, NM. Homecare or medical office experience preferred but not required. Excellent telephone/communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and basic computer knowledge required.
- Oversee the company's equipment tracking system.
- File maintenance reports in appropriate equipment files using Square 9 software.
- Update equipment maintenance dates in Brightree.
- Enter new equipment in Brightree, complete transfers and deactivate sold or disposed of equipment.
- Order equipment and supplies for all branches once approved by management.
- Assist other departments with correcting sales orders and linking items in the system.
Pay rate: $15.00 - $16.00
