Position Overview
At Zelis, the Provider Outreach team maintains data integrity for our Provider directory as part of the No Surprises Act. This team performs a quarterly outreach campaign to ensure accuracy of the provider directory.
Key Responsibilities

Participates in quarterly campaigns by completing assigned provider outreach requests
-
Manually enters provider data related to quarterly outreach campaign provider responses
-
Makes outgoing calls and returns incoming voicemails to answer validation process questions

Conducts day to day transactions under preestablished procedures or scripts

Complete all assigned learning courses on time
-
Keeps track of completed work and populates all tracking tools at the end of each day

Follows KPIs and elevates issues to manager
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
-
Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to apply multiple methods when validating data: data mining, phone calls, etc.

Convey basic messaging through pre-defined scripts or processes

Ability to process large volumes of data

Ability to interpret data received in various formats from various sources

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a team

Demonstrates ability to handle, balance and prioritize workload from various service units and individuals in a fast-paced environment

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
