As a prospective applicant, you will oversee daily operations and management of our
buildings. You are a team builder, using a sound approach to personnel. You know
how to exercise good judgment, problem solving in a stressful and active team
environment.

What we are looking for:

● Prior experience in residential Property Management, with some experience in
commercial.
● Someone who thrives in a busy, faced paced environment
● Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills (written and
verbal)
● General understanding of the legal process, rent control and landlord/tenant
laws
● Proficient in AppFolio Property Management Software, CAR, Docusign,
Microsoft Word, Excel

Responsibilities include:

● Process daily work orders and notify vendors via email and text using
AppFolio.
● Process Move-Ins and Move-Outs
● Oversee rental increases, rent collection, delinquency
● Monitor and approve vendor invoices
● Supervise apartment turnover
● Correspondence with clients and property owners

* Salary based on ability and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
