SPA has an immediate need for a Program Manager to support the Kessel Run Division, which is within the Digital Directorate and located at Hanscom AFB, MA.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager provides advice and solutions to program leadership to facilitate successful contract execution for the program. Analyzes overall program health and advises program leadership on options to maintain cost, schedule and performance objectives. Individual must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.). The candidate will be able to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.). The candidate will support Program Management Reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IMP/IMS reviews. Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other technical documentation. The candidate will be able to support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of program/project management experience, of which previous DoD program/project management experience is required.
  • Must have knowledge of the principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02; as well as standard DoD contracting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, SharePoint, etc) and Google Suite (G-Mail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Documents)
  • Expert attention-to-detail and highly organized.
  • Must have an active US Secret security clearance
