Product Specialist
Leading power sports dealership in Southern California is looking for a Motorcycle Salesperson with experience in the Auto or Power sports Industry. This dealership has a reputation built on quality work, and we are in search of hiring a like-minded individual. Essential Functions:
- Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service
- Track all customers and leads in CRM
- Meet minimum sales goal requirement
- Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
- Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience
- Assist in planning, set-up, and participate in marketing show room floor, exhibits, and displays
Pay:
This is a hourly full-time position plus an accumulation of commissions with average pay ranges between $32,000 to $100,000. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on one individual sales performance.
Schedule:
Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.

Qualifications
- Sales License required before time of hire.
- 1-2 year Dealership Experience preferred
