As a Fraud Solutions, Product Vice President in Commercial Bank Solutions, you will partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute the end-to-end approach for payment fraud protection solutions within Commercial Banking segments. The includes product promotion, education and, ultimately, adoption via our sales channels. Key activities include product development strategy, industry trend and competitive analyses, commercialization, pricing, feature enhancement prioritization, and project tracking. This will all be done in close collaboration with colleagues across lines of business, product management, marketing, finance and the Commercial Bank client-facing teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Leveraging critical thinking, a knowledge of payments and technologies to lead the value proposition across strategic business segments
  • Developing content that supports the payment fraud protection offering for delivery through training, marketing, communications, process & procedures and standardized proposal content
  • Segmenting the portfolio and analyzing product usage / trends and other relevant data across the Commercial Bank client base to identify areas of opportunity and vulnerability
  • Compiling insights of client pain points, evolving client needs and emerging market trends through client and competitive research, data analysis, internal feedback and market reviews
  • Creating business cases for strategic Fraud initiatives that quantify the value we can deliver through new or enhanced products
  • Collaborating with cross line of business functions in product management, middle office, marketing, finance, and Commercial Bank client-facing teams to deliver key initiatives
  • Representing Commercial Bank client interests as a product liaison with payment product managers to develop future-state product roadmaps
  • Building close relationships and alignment with fraud and risk partners

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop strategic and tactical recommendations to both improve the client experience and market share
  • Proficiency in building business cases and ROI models that demonstrate client financial value propositions.
  • Ability to translate product vision into phased design requirements followed by execution of a go-to-market product launch.
  • Good knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card).
  • Proven program leadership with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Sales enablement experience with bringing new capabilities to market and supporting staff education
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, produce results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum 2-3 years of relevant payments, product management, or consulting experience
