About Propagate

Our mission is to make agroforestry a cornerstone of agriculture.

Propagate is a software, development and financing ecosystem that makes it easy for farms to transition acreage to agroforestry. Our platform provides access to agronomic insights, technical assistance, and financing so that farms can reduce risk while integrating fruit, nut and timber trees with animal or crop farming systems.

Requirements

  • Either 6 years working as a Product Manager at a startup or four years at a large tech organization with preference to those with experience working as a first PM at an organization

  • A background in UX design or a design background

Who you are

  • You have experience with pattern language around design tools and ERP systems.

  • You are business savvy and enjoy prioritization and organization.

  • You don't necessarily have an engineering background, but if you don't have experience writing a full spec for engineering and design, may not be the right fit.

  • You have proven Product Management experience and enjoy influencing product pipeline.

  • You've been responsible for writing out and owning engineering and design specifications, feature prioritization and sprint planning.

  • You enjoy working with people and have experience working cross-departmentally with founders, engineering, sales, and success departments.

  • You're willing to grow with the needs of the organization. You’re passionate about creating a positive impact on our clients and team. You are motivated to join a small, incredibly productive team to do extraordinary things!

What you'll do

  • Inform product strategy and take on design language management for the product

  • Implement new strategies for feature sets that are not yet in the pipeline

  • Lead conversations with external technical teams with regards to integrations and APIs

  • Manage the product road map and prioritization using Notion

  • Lead product feedback meetings with sales and farm services

  • Join a fun and collaborative team building agroforestry software tools

  • Be involved in a number of critical decisions influencing the future of our product

Compensation Range: $80K - $130K
