Port Security Officer

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. Port Security Officer positions help maintain a safe and secure environment for our client by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling, access control at facility’s doors and gates, screening procedures, and bag searches. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
Specifics:
- Ability to Obtain a Texas Security Guard License and TWIC Card Required (Branch can assist in obtaining both)
- $100 Sign on Bonus if you have an active Guard Card
- $200 Sign on Bonus if you have an active Guard Card and TWIC Card
- Starting Wage $13/hr, if you pass TSA Screener Training course the wage goes to $14/hr (Course Provided).
- Rotating Schedule- One Week (~20 Hours)- Saturday and Sunday, Next Week (~30 Hours) Thursday, Saturday, and Monday
