The Assistant Pool Manager supports the Pool Manager in the day-to-day operations and general management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide assistance in recruiting and interviews, as well as guidance for new hires and staff development
  • Frequently monitor both team member and public areas to ensure safety and facility quality
  • Track and record all current activities, as well as anticipate all future needs and/or challenges.
  • Monitor revenue generating functions
  • Collaborate with Pool Manager in developing and implementing programs designed to improve guest satisfaction as well as to stimulate increased revenue.

Visual abilities and tolerances needed to complete reports and work with the computer for extended periods of time. Ability to stand long periods of heat.
