Knowledge with QuickBooks Online is essential. You must have experience with payroll, account reconciliations, billing, payables, reporting, and possess the ability to learn and master new software packages quickly. You should be comfortable with office management including interfacing with clients, setting appointments, researching, and developing documents and spreadsheets. A bookkeeping or QuickBooks certification is a plus, but not required. So are college-level courses in accounting.

We are seeking someone specifically with quality experience working with law firms' books and managing/reconciling client trust account ledgers.

Essential Requirements:

• Five years minimum bookkeeping experience
• Excellent detail-orientation and accuracy
• QuickBooks Online experience
• Trust accounting
• Comfortable with Excel
• Analytical skills
• Typing and word processing ability
• Above-average PC and web skills

$27.00 per hour to start. This is a part-time job opportunity. Although this is a work-from-home remote position, availability Monday-Friday during standard business hours is essential.
