Position Overview:

This position will manage jobs from beginning to end and coordinate the teams for each project, with crews of 2 to 20 people. Candidate must be experienced in installing epoxy resin floors, Concrete restoration, and floor coating. Candidate is required to provide proof of completed OSHA 10, or higher, within 60 days of original hire date. In addition to coating, ideal candidates will have painting experience and an ability to lead crews through tasks.

• Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner
• Work in various weather conditions
• Ability to work at above ground elevations while wearing a harness and other protective equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day
• Climb ladders
• Bending, twisting, lifting up to 50lbs
• Prolonged standing, walking
• Adaptable in methods used to complete task.
• General mechanical ability, and general knowledge of hand/power tools
• Customer focused and able to maintain client relationships
• Individual must be safety oriented as it is crucial in this position
• Ability to problem solve and develop solutions

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Basic math skills

Physical Abilities

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting.
• Ability to complete tasks such as loading, un-loading, cleaning, shoveling, and painting.
• Ability to safely perform duties related to confined space work.
