• Retain clients by executing the Stratus Operating System with Unit Franchise Owners
• Perform routine inspections and analyze service concerns to ensure client satisfaction
• Propose solutions for special service needs such as hard floor care, pressure washing, window cleaning, and carpet care
• Coordinate and ensure the success of starting service for new customers
• Coordinate and ensure successful account transfers between Unit Franchise Owners
• Serve as a mentor to individual franchise owners to help them build necessary skill sets
• Coordinate field training and development opportunities for Unit Franchise Owners
• Quote special services to help protect customers' facilities

• Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve a wide range of cleaning issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills with customers, Unit FOs, and office team on a daily basis.
• Ability to conduct engaging and informative training classes.
• Knowledge of various floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, tile and grout cleaning is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed for account starts and field training.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) to build strong professional relationships with clients and franchise owners.
• Ability to resolve conflicts/issues and use them as opportunities for the growth of our Unit FOs.
