We're looking for Operations Associates to join our growing team. This person will be pivotal in helping to create, manage, and ship orders to customers in a timely manner, make sure our pre-loved products are managed properly, and so much more. • [BONUS] You have previous experience in Airtable, Excel, WooCommerce, and Square.
• [BONUS] You have previous experience in e-commerce.

What You'll Do

• Assist in order processing, fulfillment, and shipment
• Assist in effectively receive new products throughout the year
• Assist in effectively organize clothing inventory for each retail location, which includes but is not limited to: Managing the information in line sheets and physically organizing clothing in the warehouse that goes to the stores if the entire product line comes to the warehouse.
• Assist in managing inventory allocation in Airtable for each retail location from the line sheet.

How You Will Create A Positive Impact

• You will ensure that each product is used to its max capacity by properly caring for our pre-loved products—therefore extending it's useful life.
• You will help keep our customer base happy by shipping our orders in a timely manner and in the highest quality.
