POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform customer service, inside sales support and light accenting using Quick Books.
- Answer phones, respond to customer and supplier inquiries.
- Manage sales orders and ensure they are processed and shipped as scheduled.
- Provide weekly report on open sales and purchase orders.
- Purchase materials for projects, suppliers and services as needed.
- Manage service providers such as IT, shipping, janitorial.
- Ensure office is in order at all times.
- 3+ years of experience in managing an office of the manufacturing operation.
- 2+ years of experience in Quick Books (Enterprise version preferred).
- AAS or BS in business or accounting.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Must have a can-do attitude. Our environment is of startup and requires wearing multiple hats.
- Open to learning new skill sets.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
