Job description

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for hospital-owned multi-specialty practice. There are two Primary Care offices, and this NP position is to work with 2 experienced Primary Care Physicians in a newly renovated space in North Andover.

• Beautiful Office located North of Boston
• Office open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Office Visits 4 days/week (34 hours/week), 1 administrative day (6 hours/week)
• Expectation of 12-18 completed appointments/day.
• NP will carry a small panel plus provide sick and follow-up visits
• Practice Call rotates among providers and averages 8 weeks/year.
• Salary: starts at $120,000 plus up to $12,000 incentive bonus and up to $12,000 wRVU bonus
• Four weeks/year vacation, 9 holidays, 1 week CME, acrued sick time
• Full benefits package including CME and license reimbursement

Current licensure in Massachusetts required and 2 or more years experience working in a Primary Care preferred.
