What we expect from you as a Bartender:
If you like multi-tasking in a highly active environment, and if you work well with a balance of self-drive and support, we want to meet you! You act as the glue that holds the front of house team together and will have your hand in every aspect of service, these responsibilities are at the core of the bartender role:
Understanding and executing the vision of Dan Kelly's Pub while engaging our guests with genuine hospitality.
Passion for providing genuine hospitality Ability to maintain consistency and superior quality in a high volume environment
What you’ll need to be successful in this position:
You need to have some chops to be a server or bartender with us, enough to be able to confidently and consistently keep up with the flow of service and support your teammates. On top of technical skill, you will thrive in this role if:
You work well under pressure and maintain a professional attitude You invite a challenge and are able to adapt and bend You ask questions and communicate effectively
