Location: Boca Raton, FL
Payrate: $90,000+ Annually
Start Date: Immediate

Job Details:
South Florida family with secondary residences in Minnesota and Wisconsin require a full-time, long-term Nanny for their three children: preschool age child and two school-age children, sole and shared care role working in a team with the additional Nannies. Nanny will be responsible for managing the children's schedules, demonstrating positive behavior and comfortable with redirecting/disciplining undesirable behavior, keeping up with high energy children, researching and organizing local activities, following a homeschool curriculum while traveling with the family. Travel will be 1-2 weeks per month domestic and international with eventual long-term travel internationally. Workweek to include occasional afternoon to early evening hours, weekends and holidays.
Average work schedule will be Monday to Friday
3 weeks per month 12:30pm – 8:30pm
1 week per month 6:00am-3:00pm
1 weekend per month on call
Occasional overnight hours
40 hours per week, during times of travel up to 60 hours per week
Requirements:
The candidate will have a minimum of five years recent full-time childcare experience
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or comparable)
Valid driver’s license
Competent swimmer
Experience working in larger estate homes, with the ability to work as a team
Flexible schedule for frequent required travel
Experience working with children with ADHD and dyslexia preferred
