Efficien Technology is seeking motivated people with mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience and desire to be part of a hard-working creative team. Efficien offers a unique manufacturing work opportunity that creatively incorporates all the team in developing solutions for clients. This person will join a skilled team that will further train them in multi-craft industrial skills as together they design, build, maintain and operate this process.

The role involves mechanical and electrical maintenance of industrial burners, motors, augers, gears, air compressor, pumps, vacuum/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and PLCs along with operating the machine and the physical handling of feedstock and products. When the process is running, the team is split on 12-hr night/day shifts. When we are making modifications or doing preventative maintenance, the team is altogether on days for 10-12 hr shifts. All staff typically have 3-day weekends.
