We offer high-end bike tunes, builds, repair work and bike fitting to all our adventure-loving customers, and are looking for a bike mechanic who will strive to help those customers enjoy their bikes to the fullest extent. We also offer opportunities for advancement both in and out of the bike shop. Must be familiar with building and fixing bikes, though no previous employment as a bike mechanic is required to apply. If you know your way around bikes, we want to hear from you.

We'll Provide:

• $23-$30/hr depending on experience

• Any additional bike mechanic training you might require

You'll Need:

• Understanding of basic to complex bicycle repairs (ideally mountain, road, and ebikes).

• Ability to clearly communicate and consult with customers on service and repair related issues

• Capability to build and final new bikes quickly and efficiently

• Log all bike labor and repair parts through our computer systems ( we use Lightspeed, and yes we will teach you).

• File, complete, and follow up on warranty claims

• Some inventory management of shop parts

• Computer skills and attention to detail

• Accurately complete sales using POS system according to established procedures

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds, bend down repeatedly, and stand for the majority of a shift
