QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age and have a HS Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with inventory control and reconciliation processes preferred

DUTIES

• Conduct cycle counts, and recounts when required, at assigned inventory locations; and record counts on appropriate forms, and/or systems.
• Reconcile cycle counts with the SAP stock status balance, utilizing SAP reports; performing inventory reconciliation processes to determine root cause of inconsistent data.
• Maintain necessary inventory records to report cycle count accuracies on a monthly basis.
• Review reconciliation and root cause with the appropriate supervisor and/or planner and work together to determine the appropriate error resolution to eliminate the cause of the error.
• Act as a resource in reconciling inventory adjustments determined from the production and shipping floor. Make the necessary corrections to reflect accurate inventory values.
• Special projects as needed.

• Ability to recognize chemical hazardous labels.
• Spill management and clean-up.
• Air shutoff locations.
• Capability to follow satellite accumulation rules and requirements.
• Proficiency to recognize hazardous wastes in your area and manage properly.
