The Opportunity:

The Global Marketing Department uses high-quality creative, industry-leading content, targeted consumer insights, and sophisticated lead generation programs to help fuel growth for our Private Client Group (PCG). The Global Marketing Services Group (GMS), has an internal creative agency, fishtank, which develops new creative concepts, formats online ads, and develops interactive calculators, web pages, direct mail, print ads, TV ads, and much more to drive marketing performance.

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will report to the GMS Creative Projects & Planning Team Leader. You will be part of fishtank's operational and project management team, and will oversee the coordination and completion of creative projects and new initiatives. You will collaborate with various marketing teams to understand partner needs and goals, brainstorm creative solutions, and carry projects through completion. You will help make sure projects are performed on time and according to the requirements.

The Day-to-Day:

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects to support Marketing goals: lead brainstorm meetings, complete project briefs to define scope and deliverables, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor/summarize progress of projects
• Communicate regularly with important project partners
• Manage workflow and prioritize projects and tasks
• Engage with internal and external creative resources. Manage communications, timelines, feedback, and budget
• Analyze creative results and identify opportunities to improve existing creative tests based on performance for various channels
• Ensure creative collateral has received the appropriate approvals and reviews before delivering to the final user
• Follow appropriate procedures to create development and archival

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years' work experience
• Experience managing complex projects and enjoy leading projects forward
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
• Results driven and have a proven record of hitting deadlines
• Experience working independently on projects, but can also succeed in a highly collaborative environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $80,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
