Job Summary

MileOne Autogroup is now hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist at our corporate office in Towson, MD.

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing unique Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions with an emphasis on email marketing. Working in a highly collaborative setting, the Marketing Automation Specialist will help to align departmental objectives with Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and initiatives in order to deliver effective B2C communications on behalf of MileOne and its 70+ dealerships.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform and working with the entire Marketing team to fully leverage its capabilities.

· Develop into a technical solution specialist for Salesforce Marketing Cloud inclusive of Email Studio, Journey Builder/Automation Studio, Ad Studio, Personalization, Cloud Pages, Interaction Studio, and Datorama.

· Teaming with Marketing Communications, Creative, Digital, and Analytics teams to create and execute various campaigns inclusive of email, social, and website personalization.

· Oversee the coordination of SFMC campaign testing and provide summary reports.

· Prepare monthly reports to be shared with the department.

· Collaborate with Regional teams and Marketing Communications team to understand the overall business goals and challenges in order to provide Marketing Cloud campaign recommendations.

· Use filters, SQL queries, or Activation Studio to create Marketing Cloud campaign audiences to be used within Marketing cloud or shared with 3rd party vendors.

· Gain and maintain an expert understanding of our current automotive CRM platform for the purpose of identifying potential customer communication enhancements using built-in CRM workflows as well as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

· In partnership with the BI Analyst, regularly review all SFMC reporting dashboards and investigate any anomalies and resolve any issues.

· Provide assistance to the Creative Team in managing and implementing campaign assets within SFMC.

· Leverage available resources to troubleshoot any issues related to SFMC including list segmentation, data extensions, publication lists, html templates, etc.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree preferably in advertising, marketing, or communications

· Minimum 2 years’ experience with an Enterprise Marketing Automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo Engage, etc.

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.

· Strong technical skills including experience with HTML, SQL, and API integrations highly desired

· Familiarity with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Ad Studio, Interaction Studio, Datorama, CDP etc.) preferred.

· Experience designing Architecture Diagrams and Data flows a plus

· Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders

· Experience with Activation Studio within Marketing Cloud (preferred)

· Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (plus, not required)

· Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator (plus, not required)
