Responsibilities include:

• A Sort all incoming and outgoing mail including United States Mail, internal mail from the branches, and Caterpillar Literature
• Open all MRS and MTE invoices and other miscellaneous mail and route to appropriate party
• Run Company and personal mail throughout the day
• Ensure Records copy machine, printers, scanners, postage machine, folding machine, etc. (along with needed supplies and accessories) are properly maintained and serviced as needed
• Make change to employees for vending machines, postage sales, etc. Refund lost money in the vending machines. Keep accounting of money from snack machines and postage and make weekly petty cash deposit for postage to the Parts Department
• At close of business: turn off all machines (including computers, postage machine, copier, etc.), secure money in locked supply cabinet, lock vault, ensure printer and copy machine has paper for the next day

Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain a neat work environment
• Previous administrative work experience
• Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional communication skills
