Componex is an innovative and industry leading company seeking candidates who can adapt, think, and learn multiple roles. As a machine operator in our high-tech facility, you will be cross-trained on proprietary CNC machines and lean processes to manufacture aluminum dead shaft idlers with unparalleled 5-day lead times and world class quality.

Machining aluminum rollers using boring machines and CNC lathes.

Understands Programming, tooling, machine set up.

Ability to cut jaws and preform light machine maintenance. (Cutting jaws, align headstock/tailstock).

Ability to trouble shoot TIR / Taper issues.

Has ability to use a variety of Inspection Equipment to check parts.

Has a understanding of 6S and Lean Manufacturing.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Ability to learn all functions of the manufacturing process at Componex and train existing and future machine operators.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to promote teamwork to achieve company goals.

Works closely with Production scheduler to attain short and long term goals on cross training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
