Mortgage Banker expanding nationwide has opening for experienced loan processors. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION (all in office) !!! Applicants must have at a minimum of 3 yrs of current experience working with Mobile & Manufactured Homes. Construction of manufactured homes to real property a HUGE Plus !!! FHA and VA experience for the One Time Construction Manufactured Homes a huge PLUS!! Manufactured Home and Mobile Home (CHATTELL loans) experience very helpful!! Applicants MUST be dependable!! Applicants MUST be dependable, self starters, good communication skills ( will be communicating directly with borrowers) , ability to think out of a box, knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines and leadership qualities.
