Job description
This is a full time position.
Must be available on weekends and holidays.
Must have or, be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 1st two weeks of hire.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have at least 6 months experience working on the kitchen line.
Must know how to work all stations, sauté, grill, fryer.
Must be a team player and willing to chip in on dishes if needed
No drama, no restrictions on opening and closing times
Must be able to pass background and drug test
Able to work under pressure
Knowledge of sanitation, food safety procedures
Work hours are 5 am-12 noon and 4 pm-11 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
Banquet/Hotel experience a plus
