Ph.D./PsyD. Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Family Counseling Associates realizes that the strength of our practice is our exceptional staff. We are currently looking for full-time and part-time Licensed Psychologists (Ph.D., PsyD) to join our team in Andover, Massachusetts We have a professional and innovative office culture that supports our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload.

• Clinicians have the option to see clients in the office or through a hybrid of telehealth and in-office sessions.

Compensation:

• Fee for Service Model
• Full-time employees have the ability to earn $90,000 - $110,000 annually.

Requirements:

• Active, clear Ph.D., PsyD in the state of Massachusetts
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least two years of clinical experience.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
