$20.75 per hour plus
$5-$8 an hour in tips!

Shift Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Model a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment free of harassment, discrimination, and workplace hostility
- Model exceptional guest service to all customers and inspire and coach the team to do the same
- Master skills of all floor positions and support partners in executing all tasks from beginning to end
- Minimum 1-year experience in hospitality and/or food service industry
- Exceptional guest service focus and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to build relationships and work successfully as part of a team and lead peers through a task list
- MAST 12 Certification
