Primary Responsibilities:

Support the execution of advanced development programs. Work with engineering teams to integrate new systems capabilities, define gaps, derive requirements, and develop program descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps, and detailed schedules.

Tasks Performed:

Support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and monitor and report team and contract status/execution. Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation. Coordinate technical program status and execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process.

Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of program execution and recommend modifications to processes for program activities. Work with the program teams to develop out-year planning for requirements/capabilities, and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development, and integration of advanced capabilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in physics, computer science, or engineering.

Desired Experience:

• Candidate shall be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products and have demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate should have good knowledge in systems engineering and design for military systems.
• Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule-constrained, and complex security environment.

Security Clearance Required: Candidate should have the capability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance

Estimated Travel: 5%
