Job Summary
Lincoln Training Center is looking for a Job Coach to fill in throughout the High Desert Area.
Lincoln Training Center's programmatic emphasis is to provide vocational programming for individuals with disabilities. Many of these individuals work competitively in the community, or who may need assistance in maintaining competitive employment.
This is a full-time job with benefits after 90 days. The job coach shall possess the ability to effectively and efficiently supervise up to eight clients in a variety of job tasks in a community-based setting. Possess general organizational abilities, including effective time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Some work sites require lifting up to 25 lbs. by self, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, bending and pulling, and squatting. Working outdoors, weather conditions may very.
Employer will transport to and from work site.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Working outdoors, supervising up to four clients
- Provide written and verbal progress reporting for clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager
Qualifications and Skills
- 21 yrs or older
