We are a growing jewelry manufacturing company looking for a competent Order Fulfillment / Order Processing Manager. In this highly respected role, a successful Fulfillment Manager / Associate must be reliable, professional and have excellent record-keeping abilities; this job requires strong organization skills and a positive attitude! We are a team-oriented company with strong leadership. The company has doubled its revenue in the last year and with that comes the opportunity to grow the team! Primary Responsibilities

-Review incoming orders from the sales team and identifying all needs and details noted.

-Delegate and perform order entry

-Pick and prep customer orders- this includes pulling jewelry items from the stock and making sure they are labeled and packed correctly prior to shipping.

-Utilize our computer Inventory and Order Management System to view and complete orders

-Escalate inventory matters to Inventory Associate and management team as needed

-Build rapport with coworkers and leadership across departments to facilitate clear communication in a supportive and professional manner.

You must have the ability to learn:
-Our order fulfillment, inventory standards, system, and organization
-Inventory and Order Management System - previous inventory experience a plus (We will train on all computer systems)
-SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of all products

Requirements:
-Great communication skills (oral and written)
-High attention to detail, especially inventory count-Ability to keep track of multiple styles on the same order

-Hit shipping and fulfillment goals each day and report these as in the company process.

-Ability to problem solve as needed
-Basic Computer Knowledge - experience with Outlook/Excel/Word/Google Drive a plus

-Inventory / order fullfilment experience, or related industry experience, is a plus

-An interest in jewelry, fashion, design, business

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $42,000.00 per year
