The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for all facility and equipment maintenance, repair, installation, and removal.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
• 2 years general experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics
• Electrical
• Fully automated production systems

Duties:

• Performs all preventive maintenance and repair on all equipment, including but not limited to: Compressors, hydraulic systems, production equipment such as nail and screw guns, electric motors, pneumatic and vacuum systems.
• Installing wire and conduit for newly installed and existing equipment such as conveyors, programmable controllers, converting and corrugating machinery
• Assists in maintaining an inventory of spare parts.
• Duties may vary. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
• Troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical; high and low voltage
• Maintain and repair production equipment as needed.
• Manages the forklift driver's certification program on-site, to ensure all forklift drivers are certified, and certifications are current.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all logs related to the machinery.
• Responsible for adherence to all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensures all forklift drivers' maintenance and machine logs are current and accurate.
• Maintains an inventory of spare parts.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and ensures services and charges are accurate.
• Works closely with customers to ensure that reporting and reimbursable expenses are obtained on a monthly basis.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of the job the employee may be exposed to dust, cold weather, hot weather, and moderate noise levels.
