Job Title: Electric Pallet Jack Operator/Industrial General Laborer

Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour

Shift Times: 6:30 A.M. - 03:00 P.M.

Location: Lancaster, TX

Indeed Flex is hiring Electric Pallet Jack Operators for our dynamic clients in Lancaster, TX. Our client is looking for candidates who are able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner to keep up with order demand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Experienced electric pallet jack/walkie-rider operator to order pull in a cold storage food warehouse.
• Operate PIT equipment such as an Electric Pallet jack and stand-up forklift.
• Perform pre-use inspection on equipment.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary.
• Pick products and make sure it shows the correct selection of lot numbers/product codes.
• Record the amount of material using site-specific equipment to update inventory.
• Arrange stock parts in a specific order for shipping.
• Communicate damaged products to the lead/supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Basic math skills.
• The ability to give voice commands in English may be required.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.
