Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:
- Supports the day-to-day warehouse operation in designated area as necessary (shipping, receiving, and inventory).
- Work closely with team leads and provides support as needed.
- Check products and OEM order pick and preparation.
- Create, update, maintain, work instructions and procedures for OEM/Aftermarket.
- Prepare labels for the shipments required by the customers and send ASN as needed.
- Communicate with the transportation carriers Sales Representatives and OEM Analyst team regarding customers as needed.
- Assist with inventory count and reconciliation as needed.
- Operate hand pallet jack and powered industrial trucks safely and responsibly.
- Maintain safe and clean areas following 5S principles.
- Assists with projects and other assignments as necessary.
- Report any damage to racks, products, equipment, and any other safety hazards.
- Adhere to safety policy/procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including QMS related policies as applicable.
Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Good communication skill in writing and verbally, using the English language
- Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience
- General knowledge of the Shipping, Receiving & Inventory function within a warehouse environment
- Good organizational skills
- Good understanding of safety basics, and experience in investigating issues
- Experience in operation of powered industrial trucks preferred (i.e. cherry picker, forklift, electric pallet Jack, etc.)
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide numbers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi task
- Basic computer skills
- Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required
