We’re in search of a hotel front desk manager that will provide exceptional service, so every guest who stays with us becomes a repeat customer. You’ll be the face of the operation and the first person guests see when they come through the doors. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met. Compensation:$15 - $20
Responsibilities:- Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction
- Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
- Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies
- Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed
- Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager
- Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position
- Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills
- Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED)
- Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position
- Hotel experience a Must.
