Group Facilitator/Transportation Coordinator
Job description
Taylor Care Behavioral health is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Berlin, New Jersey. Seeking an energetic, flexible and reliable individual to work in a team-oriented environment serving clients in a Mental Health Adult Partial Care program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinates and Facilitates transportation, including picking up and dropping off clients as needed
- Scheduling/hiring drivers, mapping transportation routes
- Responsible for scheduling vehicle maintenance
- Maintains all associated records for transportation of clients
- Group facilitation as needed
- Administrative work as needed
- Food service distribution supervision
- Strong conflict resolution, multi-tasking and ability to work flexible hours
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Director
Computer skills and supervisory experience a must. The proper candidate must have a BA in a Human Services field, OR an AA in Human services field plus 2 years experience in Human Services, OR no degree and 5 years experience in Human Services. This position reports directly to the Program Director.
