As part of ROi’s Senior Leadership team, this position is responsible for management and operational excellence of the Clinical Packing Solutions (CPS) facility, which predominantly assembles custom procedure trays (CPTs). The position will work with all peer and support functions to implement strategies that improve Clinical, Operational and Financial outcomes. The position has direct P&L responsibility for Clinical Packaging Solutions (CPS). Position supports ROi strategic growth initiatives by driving quality manufacturing, operational efficiencies and continuous improvements. Will have general knowledge of industry recognized practices in the areas of CPT assembly and medical device manufacturing, as well as a keen understanding of ROi’s services and offerings and can represent CPS effectively to key stakeholders and present the totality of CPS’s business model. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards.

What you will do in this position:

  • Develop, deploy, and execute a multi-year vision and strategy that drives optimal performance of the CPS operations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of CPS facility, including assembly, material handling, sourcing, maintenance and other related activities.
  • P&L responsibility, including the planning and development of respective departmental and overall budgets
  • Develop and maintain multi-year programmatic operating and capital plans for CPS facility, Support CPS Sales/Account Management, as required, with budgeting at a contract level.
  • Develop positive working relationships with ROi Leadership, ROi CPS Peers and Colleagues, Suppliers, Distributors, Supply Chain Leadership and ROi’s Commercial Customers.
  • Effectively and positively maintain two-way communication with the above.
  • Work collaboratively with Quality and Regulatory Assurance to operate with best in class quality operations and products.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, accounting, finance or business. Master’s degree preferred, with focus on business, supply chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven and relevant business experience in manufacturing, sourcing, operations, or supply chain management. Minimum of 5 years direct management experience.
  • Medical device manufacturing experience, preferably in the Custom Procedure Tray industry.
  • Understanding of current health care system and industry dynamics.
