PLEASE NOTE: Must be great with kids, great with sales, multitasking, working with customers, communicating, and light management. Bachelor in Business Administration preferred.

The largest private Music Academy in Los Angeles is looking for a full-time front desk team member to work at Brentwood and Westwood Locations, both on the Westside.

If you love people, if you love kids, if you are a good salesperson, then this is the job for you.

$25-$30 per hour, plus potential commission on net sales. Medical Dental and Vision Plans, plus Bonuses.

Must have reliable transportation to travel

Must be willing to work as needed, some nights and weekends required.

No music or music education experience is required.

SCHEDULE

Weekdays 12:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Weekends 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

There will be 2,3 days off still TBD

JOB DUTIES:

-Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, which sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).

-Great memory with the ability to remember lots of details.

-Great sales ability, to draw new inquiries into the school and educate them on the benefits. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.

-Registering clients

-Processing paperwork

-Small amount of Cleaning

-Communicating with teachers, staff, and clients.

-Selling minimal retail/supplies at the desk.

-Interacting with customers

Any position that is fast-paced, with a lot of interaction with the public.

-Fill in at our Lexington and Columbia locations as needed.
