Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality to make guests feel comfortable and welcome
• Taking orders with speed & accuracy
• Closely following sanitation and safety procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, front counter, drive thru, dining room, and bathrooms neat, clean, and stocked at all times
• Maintain clear and kind communication between all staff
• Adapt Chick-fil-A required language
• Carry out all instructions given by leadership team and Operator
• Deliver catering orders

This is a fulltime, day shift position. Exact hours are flexible.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 16 years old of age upon hire date
• Have a reliable source of transportation
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
• Have a professional appearance
• Be able to work in a hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Be reliable and responsible
• Must work well under pressure
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have Friday and Saturday availability
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Mobility, speed and multitasking are required during shifts
• Quickly and efficiently overcome the learning curve
• Be proactive and focused throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Basic English speaking and reading is required
