Position: UI/UX Analyst

Location: Remote

Only GC/Citizen/EAD on W2

Top Skills: Adobe XD, Jira, Azure DevOps

UI/UX qualifications:

• Strong experience with Figma and other design tools (ex, Adobe XD)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools (ex, JIRA)
• Familiarity with Google Material Design system
• Ability to create consistent look and feel across various applications and products
• Advocates for user-centered design in all products
• Pays excellent attention to quality and detail
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business leads , developers and other stakeholders
• Illustrate design ideas using process flows, mockups, wireframes and hi fidelity prototypes
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets to contribute to existing design system
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Conduct UI/UX adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style guides and established design system to create consistent look and feel across all user interfaces.
• Perform testing to validate design directions and inform new thinking for key features
• Collaborate with team members to design solutions for complex problems
• Present designs to business stakeholders including senior leadership
