AJ Letizio is a professional, multi-office sales & marketing agency serving the food and non-food industry. We are close to opening our newly renovated AJ Letizio Professional Center, featuring executive office and meeting space for local tenants. The building will have full administrative service, so we are looking for a warm and friendly person for a front desk position. Responsibilities would include greeting tenants and guests, basic office duties, and assisting our Marketing Specialist with miscellaneous projects throughout the year. Experience with video editing is a plus or must be willing to learn (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, or Canva).

We are a family-oriented business dating back to 1912. We are very passionate about what we do. You must be able to multitask, work independently, and be part of an amazing team. Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft Office: excel, word, outlook.

Skills:

• Required: Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
