POSITION DETAILS

• SUNDAY/MONDAY 3:15pm - 8:00pm, SATURDAY 11:30am - 8:00pm, THURSDAY/FRIDAY 6:30am to 3:00pm

Together, these facilities offer patients the best rehab and nursing care they can obtain after their hospital discharge.

• The role of the Food Service Worker is to provide our residents with all of their meals and/or snacks in a sanitary and safe manner adhering to all policies and procedures of the facility while focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
• Proper “in kitchen” preparation and cleaning in regards to the station assigned to you including dishwashing.
• Adhering to all assigned break times and service times.
• Completing all tasks assigned according to given job duty for every shift.
• Adhering to all facility and department policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: Some High School Education
• Work Experience: Experience working in a kitchen in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Job Knowledge/Requirements: Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible. Exemplary customer service skills.
