Job Description

New England Medical Group provides integrative health care and wellness services for mental health and substance use disorders. Our holistic approach seeks to bridge the gaps in services for people seeking medical and therapeutic support. We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to work in our Hingham, MA location.

The Finance Manager reports to the company’s business leaders and will:

• Have responsibility for the oversight of all aspects of the day-to-day financial management of the company including the preparation of the monthly and weekly financial packages, insurance billings, AR/AP
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, key stakeholders, and our external accounting and billing partners.
• Provide actionable insights and decision support across a wide range of activities including forecasting, scenario analysis, and trend analysis.
• Develop, measure, and analyze performance against operating plans, KPIs, and communicate results to help drive greater accountability.
• Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives and strategies.
• Increase the company’s ability to anticipate business issues and drive good decision-making through sound financial management.
• Provide support as needed on strategic initiatives including modeling and due diligence as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience working in a finance role and team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
